At first I thought it was a problem with IE9. Also when I watch videos on youtube, the video would randomly stall in the middle. This is especially bad when the download is fast. The download would stall after a few seconds. But once I set this up, I start having problems download files on IE9. I thought this was a great feature as it allows to only track the usage on my home internet. I installed Networx on my laptop and set it up so that it only tracks wifi usage when I am connected to a specific router only.
